Half Dome -8,842 feet (2695m) 2002-09-21 Photos Map/Profile Trip Report

The Prim/Doussots were in town and of course a trip to Yosemite was unavoidable. Along cam also Florence Bouvet and Uluc Aysun.

We visited the giant redwood groves after the hike and almost got killed by a giant pine cone that fell with a lot bam onto a trunk right nextto the pass narrowly avoiding us.
