I was on my way down from Vancouver, where I had picked up a new Visa and stopped to do Hood.
I had driven through the night, but slept somewhere in a parking lot not too far away from Hood.
I pulled into the Timberline Lodge Lot at about 4:30 in the morning and starting hiking right away.
